I found this little game on kinkeis deviantart: a Pin Up Maker!
Kinkei is a very talented artist who draws adorable comic pin ups, I'm very fond of her art.
Now she made it possible for all of us who are not as talented to create our own sketch! It is all very easy, you can build your model step by step, from looks over make-up to clothes and accessoires. The options are countless and the whole layout is made extremely cute. So, if you don't have anything to do, why not have a look at it?

Almost Three Quarters

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing great (^.^)

The title of this post refers to my quilt. I added the latest flower row and now I have almost three quarters of the ultimate size, what's missisng is one last flower row and a framing, which is going to be just simple green hexagones.

Unfortunately, I didn't manage to take a picture of the whole piece, but you can see the most of it and just have to imagine the rest, after all, it's hopefully going to be symetrical in the end.

And just a little close-up of the new part. It's really getting somewhere, isn't it?

Little Treat

Yay, I'm done with my exams! No matter how they turn out, I have a long summer break before me, which I'm really looking forward to.

Right on time as a little treat for all the learning of the past few weeks, this morning a parcel arrived for me:

Aren't they absolutely adorable, fabulous, awesome, mindblowing and beautiful? I've wanted these for ages, but never really had the money or just other priorities (^.-) but since I sold a few shoes of mine recently, I thought their time had come to be added to my shoe collection.

I'm happy they fit perfectly, I ordered them online and as always, you can't be 100% sure whether they really fit, especially because my feet tend to be not very cooperative with high heels (that's why I actually prefer buying shoes in a store).

I'm already making plans to coordinate them, whole new outfits spring to my mind when admiring them. Is it crazy to build an outfit on shoes? I mean, normally I see a piece of fabric and I get inspired, or I take a skirt or jsk and make an outfit around it, and in the end I add a matching pair of shoes, not the other way round. Well, maybe it's the heat that makes me slightly dizzy (^.^)

Now I have to break them in, wish me luck that I won't get too many blisters (>.<)

Hi everyone,

lately, I found it very hard to go to sleep after learning a lot all day long, my brain wouldn't calm down and thoughts kept swooshing around inside my head (I guess I'd be lousy at Occlumency (^.-) ).
So whenever I'd lie in my bed wide awake, I took out my quilt and worked on it a little, which explains the fact it grows quite fast at the moment.

Hi my dears,

last weekend, while everyone seemed to be at the WGT or somewhere else, ecxept me, I worked on my quilt. Now, it's all in one piece and my room is getting too small:

The width is now about 160 cm long (in the picture it's actually turned by 90°, what appears to be the length here is indeed the width) and I hope to get to 200 cm for the length in the end.
I'm very happy with it, the fact that I'm still in love with the fabric and the pattern is great considering I'm working on it almost a year already. Let's just hope this love will last (^.^)
