Summer Fruits

Hi my darlings,

I hope you had a nice summer so far?
As you may have noticed, I've been gone for quite some time now, but here I am back & blogging (^.-)
Finally, I had some time to sew a little bit and I hope to be able to do some more things that are on my to-sew-list since forever and three days...

But for now, just something cute, simple, and red:

A short cardigan, made of soft, super-comfy jersey (and yes, it's pretty much as tomato red as in the picture)
The pattern is selfmade and still a little weird, I think I have to alter it a little for the next one.

For the buttons, I chose cute little heart-shaped ones, you don't recognize them on the first glance, but I like details like that anyways (*.*)

  1. Oh, how cute. I always avoid sewing stuff like this and buy it instead, silently admiring those who are brave enough to face this terrible fabric and even success in adding buttons and holes to it.
And a great colour, the buttons are a beautiful detail, I love such things, too.

    1. Thank you! I hate going to H&M, so I rather sew it myself... and with the overlock machine, it's quite easy ^^

  2. Die Knöpfe sind suuuupersüß!!!! XD Passen perfekt dazu! :-)
