Hi lovelies,
it's friday again, and that means Lolita Blog Carnival!
This week's topic is: Your style outside of Lolita.
Well, I like to dress differently every day and I change my style a lot, but at the moment I can narrow my every-day-style down to 3 categories:
Casual Lolita / Lolita-inspired
Jsk: handmade Cutsew: handmade Hairbow: Innocent World Shoes: Deichmann |
Creepy-Cute (or whatever you want to call it)
Alice band, skirt & legwarmers: handmade Earrings: handmade T-shirt: Cupcake Cult Shoes: Converse Cardigan & tights: H&M |
Yes, I must confess, I fell for it, too. I hope you understand, I'm magically drawn to everything that's either obscure or cute, so how would I be able to resist something that combines the two of them? I feel comfortable wearing black, at the moment I like to combine it with purple/pink or green. I also prefer wearing Chucks with this style, perfect for days I know I have to walk a lot or just don't feel like wearing high heels.
Mori Girl inspired
Merry-go-round necklace: Romwe Owl jewellery: Claire's Crochet vest: ebay Gaiters: handmade Shoes: Deichmann (And yes, I'm very into pigtails right now, it's my favourite hairstyle: uncomplicated, cute and hides the fact I should visit the hairdresser's) |
I hope you liked it!
If you're interested, here are some more blogs which are participating at this week's blog carnival. Have a look!
Hello, nice to meet you. I'm also a member but its the first theme i participate in.
AntwortenLöschenAnyway I really like how you also seem to stick to a color scheme. Purple is a very rare color, i don't think i own anything in that shade actually.
You look really cute in skirts as well! Thank you so much for sharing, this is a very interesting theme. <3

Thank you! I like to wear skirts, I almost never wear jeans ^^ and lavender is such a pretty colour, I'm quite fond of it :)
LöschenYour style is really cute! I love the Mori Girl-inspired outfit! And lol, we have Cupcake Cult items in my city (Derby)!
AntwortenLöschenThank you! I love the Cupcake Cult shirts, I could buy mine here in a store too ^^
LöschenThe Mori girl inspired outfit is lovely, I adore it! Also, I love your hair, it is so natural and shiny! It's the perfect cross between sweet lolita and rockabilly like Betty Paige!
AntwortenLöschenThank you! Lol, my hair is actually really hideous, I should have a haircut ^^ and it never does what I want, but I guess, a lot of people say that xD
LöschenThe last outfit is my favourite and it suits you very well. And I think I have the same shoes as you wear in the first picture. The are amongst my favourite Every-day-shoes.
AntwortenLöschenThank you! It's quite new to me to wear something without a black item (outside of Lolita), but I felt very comfortable in the mori inspired outfit. The black pumps are quite new, I bought them a couple of weeks ago... but I love them too ^^
Löschenmagnificent post, very informative. I'm wondering why the other experts of this sector don't
AntwortenLöschenrealize this. You must continue your writing.
I am confident, you've a great readers' base already!
